HERSHEY, Pa.-- The leaves are falling off the trees, the temperatures are falling, and it is beginning to get dark earlier.

Obviously, this is a sign that winter is coming, and Hershey is wasting no time to get in gear!

Christmas in Hershey kicks off this Friday, November 11 with some new twists. There are five roller coasters available for rides, including a new wild mouse and the re-themeing of the Laff Trakk. This will also be accompanied by a new entertainment show, and the classic lights, reindeer and Santa.

If you want to enjoy some fun indoors, Hershey has a number of performances ready to hit the stage.

Keith Urban will be performing at the GIANT Center on Thursday, November 17. If you want to see a play, the Book of Mormon will be at the Hershey Theatre with shows running from November 22-27.

Of course, the Hershey Bears are continuing their season, with a number of different promotions in the coming weeks. This Sunday, November 13, the Bears will be hosting Seats for Soldiers night in honor of Veteran's Day. On Wednesday, November 23, the Bears will have a Turkey Shoot in the spirit of Thanksgiving.

Finally, if you want to grab a bite to eat, there are Wild Game & Mushroom specials at the Hershey Grill and the Forebay through November 13. The Hershey Lodge will be offering Thanksgiving style food at the Hershey Lodge through November 24.

Today on FOX43 Morning News, Kaylee Dugan from Hershey Entertainment & Resorts is stopping by to offer more information on these events.
