YORK, Pa.-- Looking to put a new spin on the same, old Thanksgiving meal?

All this week, chefs will be in the FOX43 Kitchen preparing special Thanksgiving Day dishes in anticipation of the Holiday. Every day, we will take a look at different parts of the Thanksgiving meal, including sides and desserts.
Today, we have Chef Rolando Anoceto, Clubhouse Chef at the full service gourmet restaurant, Local Table at Willow Valley Communities. He will be preparing a roulade of turkey. This is a different way of serving turkey that takes away the pressure of table side carving and some say it is a more upscale way of serving turkey at Thanksgiving.
