MILLERSBURG, Pa., -- On Veterans Day, Special Moments Bridal Boutique in Dauphin County is giving away free, brand new wedding gowns to anyone with a proper military ID.
The boutique has more than 200 gowns, sizes 2-30 that are free for veterans or ladies marrying a member of the military. In addition, they are offering several couture gowns and bridal accessories at a discounted price.
Boutique owner, Wanda Latshaw, says the annual Veterans Day event is one small way she can show appreciation to veterans and all they do.
