LEWISBERRY, Pa., -- The West Shore Education Association is scheduled to vote on a tentative deal with West Shore faculty today.

Earlier this month, faculty and the district say they worked out a 6-year contract deal that meets the needs of students, staff and the community. As of Monday, no specifics of the deal were released.

On Thursday, the West Shore School Board unanimously approved the contract. West Shore faculty say they have been working without a contract for more than 2 years.

In a statement released earlier this month, School Board President Ronald Candioto said the agreement is "good for all parties."
