YORK, Pa.-- Thanksgiving is now just days away!
While many are making their traditional meal, others are looking to put their own version of Thanksgiving dinner on the table.
Today, Kurt Wewer, Executive Chef for the Garlic Poet, is preparing Thanksgiving salad in the FOX43 Kitchen. The salad will consist of grilled romaine, squash, pomegranate, pumpkin seeds and a lemon-honey vinaigrette. While that cooks, Kurt will allow our anchors to sample off a Fall Spice Infused Sparkling Cider.
