LOWER PAXTON TWP., Dauphin County, Pa. — A former teacher at Central Dauphin High School is facing charges after police say he kissed a female student on the neck while they were alone in a classroom. According to court documents, William Buck, 42, of Myerstown, was alone with the victim in his classroom on February 2nd, 2016. Buck was talking about his personal life, according to the student, a 17 year-old girl at the time of the incident. After the discussion, Buck reportedly embraced the girl and kissed her on the neck. The victim says she immediately pulled away from Buck and left the classroom. She told her mother later that evening.

Police charged Buck with Institutional Sexual Assault, Unlawful Contact with a Minor, Corruption of Minors, and Indecent Assault.

Central Dauphin School District reports Buck is no longer employed with the district.
