FRANKLIN COUNTY, Pa. – A fiery crash destroyed a tractor trailer on Interstate 81 in Franklin County and left the driver dead. The big rig reportedly overturned and burst into flames shortly after 5:30 p.m. at mile marker 18.5 in Greene Township just south of Scotland. State Police identified the driver of the rig as William Golladay, 48, of Mount Jackson, Virginia. He was driving a rig owned by Holtzman oil Company, also out of Mount Jackson.

Lanes were shut down for several hours.
