A man hospitalized following shooting in York City

YORK, Pa. – York police respond to a shooting in the 700 block of McKenzie Street. It was the second reported shooting in the city Tuesday.  County 911 received a call at about 9:21 p.m. of a report of shots fired and that someone was hit.

An unidentified male victim was taken by ambulance to the hospital. A person was handcuffed and placed into custody but police did say whether the arrest was related to the shooting.

The investigation continues.

Another shooting victim walked into the hospital. It happened at around 4:11 p.m. in an alley behind the 700 block of West Princess.
