MIDWEEK SHOWERS: Much needed rainfall continues through the region Wednesday. Another batch of showers moves through just in time for the heart of the morning commute. Temperatures are quite mild to start, with readings in the middle 40s to lower 50s. There’s plenty of dense fog to slow us down too. The winds are quiet to start, but it turns breezier through the day. It’s even milder than Tuesday, with readings in the lower to middle 60s. Some showers are still expected through the afternoon. Cumulative rainfall totals from both days total 1 to 2 inches for many spots before the showers come to an end Wednesday night! Skies partially clear, and temperatures turn chillier, falling into the upper 30s to lower 40s. The winds ease too.
DRIER AND CHILLIER: Thursday conditions are drier and cooler. Shower should end by daybreak. Temperatures are in the upper 40s to lower 50s under partly cloudy skies, and this is still a bit on the mild side. Friday remains dry with a mixture of sunshine and clouds. Temperatures turn chillier, and reach the middle to upper 40s.
WEEKEND OUTLOOK: We’re watching a system for the weekend, and it could bring some showers by Sunday. Plenty of clouds are expected both Saturday and Sunday. Temperatures are in the remain in the 40s both days. Monday brings plenty of showers once more for the region. Temperatures are near 50 degrees. Tuesday brings the chance for some showers, and it’s a bit chillier. Expect temperatures in the 40s.
