CARLISLE BOROUGH, CARLISLE, Pa.– The Carlisle Borough has issued a Mandatory Water Conservation Notice.

It is due to an operational plant malfunction at the Water Treatment Plant, and quantity of water is severely limited due to the issue.

The borough is asking residents to conserve water, and only use it for essential needs.

Residents are asked to limit shower use and laundry.
