LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. – A Lancaster man is behind bars for failing to pave driveways after have accepting thousand of dollars from clients. Pennsylvania State Police arrested Peter Thomas Lazrovitch, 42, after investigating home improvement fraud at three different locations in Martic Township.

Lazrovitch was given $1,000 by one victim, $7,600 by a second victim and $2,775 by a third victim to pave their driveways. He received the payments between September 22 and October 11.  After failing to pave the driveways, he refused to return the victims their money.

Lazrovitch was charged on Wednesday, November 30 with six counts of Home Improvement Fraud and Criminal Conspiracy. He was taken into custody on the charges the next day and committed to Lancaster County Prison.
