DAUPHIN COUNTY, Pa – Pennsylvania State Police are asking for the public’s help in finding a pair of escapees from two Dauphin County Facilities.
On November 19th, 27-year-old Shea Brittany Musselman failed to return to the Capital Pavilion, a drug rehab center in Harrisburg.
On the same day, 26-year-old Joseph Michael Carlson failed to return to the Harrisburg Community Corrections Center after being granted leisure time. Police have arrest warrants for both.
