Middletown, Pa. — A child tells police she was approached by a man Thursday who asked how old she was. It happened in the area of Wilson and Lawrence Streets just after 4pm Thursday. The man is described as Latino, in his 20’s, with short dark hair, brown eyes, and a black shirt on.
He left the area in a dark blue sedan when the child ran from him.
