HARRISBURG, Pa. - Folks in Dauphin County got into the Christmas spirit a few weeks early!
Dozens lined up to visit Mrs. Claus at Dauphin County's Christmas at Fort Hunter Park.
That's just one of the many exciting things people can do at this year's event.
They also met Santa's reindeer, took a stroll through the festival of trees, and saw all the fun at a special toy train exhibit.
However, seeing Mrs. Claus herself was the highlight for many! Although, she says many were asking about her better half.
Polly Rubendall, also known as Mrs. Claus says, "They come in and see Mrs. Claus and sometimes they tell me what they want for Christmas and ask if I'll see if Santa Claus gets it. Sometimes, they bring me a note and ask if ill see that Santa Claus gets it. Other times they ask me where is Santa, why isn't he here?"
Happening now through December 18th, the event will include a 'kids only' holiday shop, where they can pick out one-of-a-kind gifts for their loved ones.
