MUHLENBERG TOWNSHIP, Berks County, Pa. – The Muhlenberg Township Police Department has filed charges against a PennDOT driver, following an investigation into a car crash that occurred earlier this year.
It happened on Centre Avenue in Muhlenberg Township, Berks County on July 15th.
Police say Terry Mohler, who was operating a PennDOT vehicle, chased a male riding a dirt bike and intentionally forced the rider into oncoming lanes of traffic.
The dirt bike then collided with another vehicle.
Police arrested Mohler on Monday. He faces the following charges: Aggravated Assault, Aggravated Assault by Vehicle, Recklessly Endangering Another Person, and Reckless Driving.
