CENTRE COUNTY, Pa. — Former Penn State Football assistant coach Mike McQueary has asked the court to award him $1.6 million for costs of litigation, including reasonable attorney fees and witness fees.
On November 30 Judge Gavin awarded McQueary $3,974,048 for past and future economic loss and $1,000,000 for past and future non-economic loss, for humiliation and loss of job opportunities after he reported seeing Jerry Sandusky engaged in inappropriate sexual activity with a young boy in a locker room shower in 2001.
