HARRISBURG, Pa.–Police in Harrisburg are looking for a man who robbed a convenience store in Harrisburg at gunpoint on Saturday evening.

It happened around 6:15 p.m. Saturday at the Brookwood Mart located along the 2600 block of Brookwood Street. The robber pulled out a gun and demanded money from the register, police said. The lone employee handed over all the money, which police estimate to be around $700. Before the robber fled with the cash–he took several lottery tickets.

The suspect is described as a heavy set black male, last seen wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt, dark pants, black shoes and gloves.

Police believe the same man is responsible for a robbery at the store a few weeks earlier. A reward of up to $2,000 is being offered for information leading to an arrest.

Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-262-3080. Tips can also be given directly to police by calling County Dispatch at 717-558-6900.
