Man shot in head in Lancaster is expected to survive

LANCASTER, Pa — A man is recovering in the hospital, after being shot in the head in Lancaster.

According to police, the shooting happened around 3:30 a.m. Sunday, on the 200-block of Clay Street. Officers say a male victim was found with a gunshot wound to the head and was taken to the hospital for treatment. The say his injuries are non-life threatening and he is expected to recover.

There is no word on any arrests, Lancaster City Police are investigating.
