One man struck and killed in the parking lot of Turkey Hill

LANCASTER, Pa. – One man is dead after being struck and killed in the parking lot a Turkey Hill.

The incident occurred in the 2600 block of River Road around 7:10 p.m. Tuesday.

The 51-year-old man died at the scene.

An autopsy was performed this morning and he died from multiple blunt force trauma. The cause of death has been ruled accidental.

The name of the victim has not yet been released.
