The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation is investigating how to make travelers safer on roadways.
Department officials met Thursday to address safety concerns, and to seek possible solutions. One of the main topics of discussion was whether constructing cable wires on Interstates to prevent further damages from roll overs would be beneficial.
The ideas have not yet been presented to the public.
