SALISBURY TOWNSHIP, LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa.– A Pennsylvania State Police Fire Marshal is investigating a fire that damaged a home Tuesday morning.
The blaze broke out on the second floor of a home along the 700 block of Newport Avenue shortly before 8 a.m.
The fire quickly spread to the attic.
The homeowner taken to hospital for smoke inhalation, and two dogs were rescued from the home.
There is about $80,000 to $100,000 of damage to the home and three people were displaced.
