LOWER PAXTON TOWNSHIP, DAUPHIN COUNTY, Pa. — The Red Cross is assisting 20 people after they were displaced following an early morning fire Sunday morning.

According to police, a fire broke out at an apartment building on the 400 block of Amherst Drive just before 2:00 a.m.

Crews were able to safely evacuate the building.

Police say the  fire started on a second floor balcony and was an accident.

No injuries have been reported.
