DAUPHIN COUNTY, Pa.– The Colonial Park Mall has been sold by Washington Prime Group to a private real estate investor for $15 million.
The move was announced as part of Washington Prime’s strategic transactions released last week.
The mall, located in Harrisburg, is being sold to an unaffiliated private real estate investor.
