Police investigating vandalism of side walls, railings at Reservoir Park Nature Trail
DAUPHIN COUNTY, Pa.– Police are investigating vandalism of side walls and railings of the Reservoir Park Nature Trail.
On October 5 and October 19, suspect(s) spray painted graffiti on side walls and railings of the nature trail.
In some of the graffiti, the name “Carlos” was spray painted as well.
