YORK COUNTY, Pa. — UPDATE: The southbound lanes will remain closed until further notice, according to the Shrewsbury Volunteer Fire Company.
Traffic that was stuck on the interstate has been cleared, the fire company adds.
PREVIOUS: A tractor trailer fire on Interstate 83 has closed down the southbound lanes at Glen Rock (Exit 8), York County dispatch says.
Traffic is being diverted.
The call went out at 7:25 p.m.
