DAUPHIN COUNTY — A youth pastor accused of illegally selling Oxycodone in Lower Paxton Township was arrested Friday.
Harry Maxwell, 66, is charged with felony offenses of unlawful delivery of a controlled substance and criminal use of a communication facility.
According to the Dauphin County Drug Task Force, Maxwell, a Perry County resident, counsels young people on the dangers of illicit drugs.
