In the wake of the Florida school shooting that occurred last week, authorities and school officials have been on high alert.
In just the three days of this week, a number of social media threats have been made against schools in our area.
While these social media threats can be traced back to the posting person or device in many cases, people are still posting them.
Our question is, are the penalties for making threats of violence at schools too lenient?
