Mindy Quesenberry from MyFitnessQuest is stopping by to demonstrate five workouts you can do with a foam roller.

  1. Overhead front Squat 12-15 reps
  2. Push-up variations 10-12 reps
  3. Single leg lying hamstring curls 12-15 each side
  4. Supine marching/reverse crunch 12-15
  5. Jack knife crunch 10-12 each side
