    ENOLA, CUMBERLAND COUNTY, Pa. — An Enola man charged over the weekend in a domestic dispute is accused of taping a woman’s mouth shut.   • Bicyclist struck and killed on Harrisburg’s State Street Bridge

    HARRISBURG, Pa. — At about 9:30 p.m. Thursday night Harrisburg Police were dispatched to the State Street Bridge for a reported crash with injuries. Dispatch initially indicated the crash to involve a motorcycle. As additional calls were received they reported the crash to involve a bicycle.   • Washington state man charged with corruption of Upper Allen Township female minor

    UPPER ALLEN TOWNSHIP, CUMBERLAND COUNTY, Pa. — On March 28, 2016, Upper Allen Police were notified of sexually explicit materials that were being sent to a minor female in Upper Allen Township through social media. During their investigation police identified Mark Townsend, 44 as the adult who was contacting the minor. Townsend was in Walla Walla, Washington. Police obtained an arrest warrant for Townsend who was taken into custody with the assistance of the Walla Walla Police Department last month. […]

  • Shooting sends one person to hospital in York

    YORK, Pa. – York City Police responded to a shooting just before 9 o’clock Thursday night. Officers located a victim, an unidentified male along the 600 block of West College Avenue. County 911 says however that the shooting reportedly happened on West Princess Street. The victim was transported to a local hospital. There is no word on his condition. The investigation into the shooting continues.

  • Harrisburg man charged with beating up juvenile; stealing his cell phone

    PENBROOK, DAUPHIN COUNTY, Pa. — At approximately 11:30 a.m., the Penbrook Police responded to the 2300 block of Canby Street for a reported robbery.  A juvenile male was physically assaulted and his cellphone was stolen during the assault. As a result of the investigation, Jikorey Brantley, 18, of Harrisburg City was charged with Robbery and simple assault. Police the assault was not a random act.  The victim was targeted due to a prior disagreement.

    HARRISBURG, Pa. – Police are on the lookout for a suspect who threaten a woman with a gun in a road rage incident in the city. It happened on Wednesday, May 24th on Hale Avenue near Berryhill Street. The vicim told police that she with  her three daughters were travelling onto Hale Street when she stopped for a vehicle attempting to park.     NEWVILLE, CUMBERLAND COUNTY, Pa. – Pennsylvania State Police charge a 48-year-old Newville man in the December 16, 2016 death of a pedestrian in Upper Mifflin Township.  The incident happened at about 7:13 p.m. as the victim, 25-year-old Charles K.
