  • Pedestrian struck and killed along Interstate-81 in Cumberland County

    SILVER SPRING TWP., CUMBERLAND COUNTY, Pa. – One person is dead after being struck by a vehicle. PSP Carlisle has determined that the death was a suicide. Authorities say it happened along Interstate 81-Northbound, near the  New Kingston and Mechanicsburg exits around 9:53 p.m., Sunday. The victim was pronounced dead at the scene. No other injuries were reported.

    Hanover, York County, PA-  One person is dead following a 2 vehicle crash in York County. Authorities say it happened Saturday around 8:30 a.m. in the area of Stock and McCosh Streets.   • Child injured in Saturday night stabbing in York City

    YORK, Pa.–  York City Police are investigating a stabbing that injured one child. Officials say it happened around 8:54 P.M. Saturday on the 500 block of Atlantic Avenue. When officers arrived, they found the child had been stabbed in the abdomen. The juvenile was then rushed to York Hospital.     BRADFORD COUNTY, Pa. — Pennsylvania State Police in Towanda have issued a missing endangered person advisory. Troopers say 20-year-old Jessica Hill walked away from her residence in South Creek Township around 5:30 p.m. Wednesday, and never returned home.
