    QUEBEC CITY, Canada — A drone crashed into a commercial airplane in Canada, the first time such an incident has occurred in the country, the government said Sunday.     TEXAS – Thousands of inmates in Texas have been visiting their prison’s commissary — not for a can of Sprite or a roll of tissue paper, but to donate money to Hurricane Harvey victims.     CHEHALIS, Wash. — A 16-year-old Washington state teenager is at the center of an FBI investigation involving dozens of victims and 900 nude and explicit photos, according to KCPQ.
