    AUSTIN, TEXAS– Former U.S. Homeland Security Secretary Tom Ridge is in critical condition after undergoing a cardiac catheterization procedure Thursday morning in Texas, according to spokesman Steve Aaron.       GREENE TOWNSHIP, FRANKLIN COUNTY, Pa.–A man and woman are facing charges after over $19,000  worth of heroin was seized during traffic stop along Interstate 81 in Franklin County early Friday morning.
