But things start to go wrong on the way to the hospital as the wolfpack is assaulted and Doug is kidnapped. Now they must find Mr. Chow again in order to surrender him to the gangster who kidnapped Doug in order to save him.

Steve at the Movies: “The Great Gatsby”

The Great Gatsby is a novel by American author F. Scott Fitzgerald.  The story takes place in 1922, during the Roaring Twenties, a time of prosperity in the United States after World War I.  The book received critical acclaim and is generally considered Fitzgerald’s magnum opus.  It is also widely regarded as a “Great American Novel” and a literary classic, capturing the essence of an era.  The Modern Library named it the second best English language novel of the 20th century. Gatsby has been adapted numerous times, in various media.

Steve at the Movies: “Pain and Gain”

Pain & Gain is an upcoming action-comedy-crime film written by Christopher Markus and Stephen McFeely and directed by Michael Bay. The film is based on a 1999 series of Miami New Times articles surrounding the brutal kidnapping, extortion, torture, and murder of several victims by an organized group of criminals that included a number of bodybuilders. Two members of the “Sun Gym Gang,” Daniel Lugoand Adrian Doorbal, received death sentences in Florida and sit on Florida’s death row.

The film is scheduled for U.S. release on April 26, 2013, by Paramount Pictures.
