I started the day off with my typical green juice (my favorite way to start the morning) – lots of kale, chard, cucumbers, celery, green apple, pineapple and spinach. As long as you balance out the green veggies with enough fruit it can actually be a pretty delicious juice. I’ve had so many people ask me how to make the juice so I promise a video is coming soon!
I also had some cottage cheese with blueberries and cold oatmeal, which is so easy to make the night before. Click here for one version of cold oatmeal. After all, there’s no way you’ll ever find me making breakfast in the morning! All in all, I’d say it was a pretty successful 1st day! Let’s get fit!
