John Paul Pascual, 28, of Hagerstown, was arrested Sunday after he showed up at the barracks to be processed for DUI charges from October.
The processing trooper noticed Pascual displaying signs of intoxication and gave him a field sobriety test which he subsequently failed, state police said.
Pascual was arrested on-site for another DUI.
