Week Four Workouts

1X this week: do any of the previously posted workouts (stairs, interval trainings, etc)
1X this week: mind/body workout (yoga, pilates, stretching)
3-4X this week: cardio! Do any of the previously posted running plans, at least 20 minutes on a cardio machine or a group fitness class
1-2X this week: weight training (either on your own or a group fitness class)
