York City Detectives say they have located Rolando Cruz, Jr. Cruz is one of five men police want to question in connection with the November 18, 2012 fatal shooting of 25 year old Christen Latham outside Momo’s Pizza and Wings restaurant in the 1100 block of Louck’s Road.
The shooting occurred during a fight just before 3 am in the parking lot. Another man who was with Latham was brutally beaten. Police are still looking for Anthony Sistrunk, Richard Brandon Tyler, Marc Hernandez and Douglas Michael Kelly.
