U.S. Marshals arrest a Megan’s Law offender from York County in Maryland.  36 year old Leah McRobie was required to register her address as a sex offender after her conviction in 2001 in Maryland on sexual assault charges.  Her last known address was in Hanover.  Last July, it was discovered that McRobie was not living at that address.  In September, Penn Township Police obtained an arrest warrant charging McRobie with Megan’s Law violations.

On Thursday, November 29, the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Forced learned that McRobie was staying at a home in Baltimore. This morning, Deputy U.S. Marshals arrested McRobie without incident. She is being held at the Baltimore City Central Booking facility pending an extradition hearing.
