Palmyra woman hospitalized after being struck by a car

A woman is hospitalized after being struck by a vehicle as she was walking in Lebanon County on Friday evening. It happened around 5:30 p.m. at the intersection of East Main and Grant Street in Palmyra.

Police say the driver, a 54-year-old male from Annville, hit the victim as he was making a left hand turn at the Grant Street intersection.

Bonnie Hartman, 47, of Palmyra, was taken to Hershey Medical Center for treatment. No word on her condition.
