Property Tax Proposal

How would you like to never pay property taxes again?  It could be possible if one Cumberland county commissioner gets his way.  Jim Hertzler has a plan for an across the board 1%  sales tax.  The revenue would be used to slash or eliminate homeowner, school, county and municipal proerty taxes.
