Veteran killed in parade to be buried with full Military Honors

A Perry County Veteran who was killed while riding a parade float will be buried with full military honors.  Marine Chief Warrant Officer 3 Gary Stouffer Junior of Newport will be buried Friday in Arlington National Cemetery.  He was one of four veterans killed when the parade float they were riding on was hit by a train on t November 15*th in Texas. Stouffer leaves behind two children.
