Former Penn State President, Graham Spanier, is asking a judge to loosen his bail rules to make it easier for him to travel outside of Pennsylvania and overseas. The state attorney general says Spanier covered up complaints about Jerry Sandusky, the former Penn State football coach convicted of sexually abusing boys. FOX News reports Spanier filed the request last month so he can visit his second home in New York City and family in Iowa and Chicago.
