Penn State University is once again at the center of controversy after a photo of a Mexican-Themed sorority party appeared online.  The Chi Omega sorority is accused of taking the picture that many are calling racially insensitive.  People say it’s not the costumes that offend them, but the signs that read “Will Mow Lawn For Weed and Beer” and “I Don’t Cut Grass, I Smoke It.”  The sorority released a statement apologizing for the photo and their headquarters is investigating the incident.
