A McDonald’s customer will face charges after assaulting an employee when he found cheese on his hamburger. The incident happened on Nov. 30 at the fast-food restaurant located along the 300 block of Memory Lane in Springettsbury Township.

During his tantrum the customer knocked over a trash can and threw a child’s high chair before heading out into the parking lot. A female employee followed  him in an effort to get his license plate number and report the incident.

While the employee was dialing 911–the man attacked her, took her phone and tossed it across the parking lot, police said.

Officers were able to find the man after numerous eye-witnesses provided information. Charges are pending.
