One more dreary day

Weather GraphicBe careful as you hit the roads this morning as dense fog has set up across the entire region overnight and visibilities are at 1 mile or less.  Ahead of a cold front that will push through the region tonight expect cloudy skies along with occasional drizzle and showers.  Additionally, it is possible that along and ahead of the front we could even have an embedded thunderstorm or two later today.  It will be noticeably warmer today with southerly winds pushing temperatures to around 62 degrees.

High pressure returns tomorrow and will stick around for the remainder of the week producing plenty of sunshine each day with highs in the 40s.

The next chance of rain looks to arrive by Sunday as the next storm system approaches.

~ Have a good day.  Meteorologist Chris Naille
