Police in Carlisle are searching for a suspect wanted for raping 20 year-old woman early Monday morning. The victim told police that she was raped around 3:45 a.m. inside a car along the 100 block of Church Avenue.
Another man was inside the vehicle during the incident and held the victim down during the rape, investigators said.
The rape suspect is described white male between 20-25 years of age. He is about 6’ ft. tall with a thin build. The suspect has two tattoos; an eagle tattoo on his right arm and a skull tattoo on his inner left bicep. He was driving a two-door black Honda, possibly a civic.
Police say the suspect is known to the victim.
