Cam Cameron is out, Jim Caldwell is in as the Ravens new offensive coordinator.  The players say the change was made so the offense could fly high once again.

Joe Flacco, Ravens Quarterback

“I mean, no doubt.  As an offense, we have to look at ourselves and see what we could do better and obviously, we weren’t good enough.”

Matt Birk, Ravens Center

“There has been a few games, a few situations, we haven’t performed as well as we are capable of.  Its not like we are at the bottom of the stats or anything like that.”

Ray Rice, Ravens Running Back

“There’s is not going to be a magic wand that says execute. We have to go out there and do it.  Coach Caldwell says, there is this much we have to get better at.  We have shown the ability to score, but we have shown the ability to not execute.  One thing that I have always preached around here is execute.”

John Harbaugh, Ravens Head Coach

“Sunday we will see how it works out.  Very confident that it will work out well.  These guys have all been through it before.  They are all veteran coaches on office.  It will be a new dynamic.”

If the Ravens do beat the Broncos on Sunday, they will clinch a spot in the AFC Playoffs.  Baltimore takes on Denver Sunday at 1 in the Charm City.
