A Lebanon man was run over by his neighbor after he intervened in a domestic dispute. Police say the incident began with a man assaulting his 28 year old girlfriend at a residence in the 400 block of Partridge Street. The neighbor intervened and started to fight with the suspect in the alley. The suspect left but returned in his vehicle and intentionally struck the neighbor who was standing on the sidewalk. The suspect also struck a house. When he tried to flee, an onlooker tackled him.

The suspect was arrested but is currently being treated for his injuries, as is the man who was struck by the car. Their injuries do not appear to be life threatening. Police are not releasing names at this time.
