Last week, I felt like I was jumping all over the place. In addition to work, holiday shopping, appointments, parties, college basketball games and more – I still managed to work out 6 days last week. I was shocked considering my jam-packed schedule. (Tell my again how you do it all Moms and Dads?!?) But I made the commitment, jotted the workouts n my planner and made the promise to myself to sweat.
Chris and I even did a few planks during a Hurricane Sandy fundraiser with Phases Fitness at Heritage Hills Athletic club!
