Hearing Date Set for Appeal for Jerry Sandusky

A judge has set a date in the Jerry Sandusky case to hear evidence in post trial motions.  Sandusky’s attorneys want to show the court made a mistake by not giving them enough time to prepare for trial.  The former Penn State coach was found guilty of sexually abusing ten boys and was sentenced between 30 and 60 years in prison.  His appeal hearing will be on January 10th.
